Mission
We are looking for an experienced Frontend Developer to join our agile team and deliver modern, thoughtful solutions to our users.
Your responsibilities:

Develop Angular-based frontend applications, following Clean Code principles and test-driven development.

Design and implement intuitive UI components in close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure code quality through automated unit and end-to-end tests, code reviews, and pair programming.

Actively contribute to the evolution of our frontend architecture and user experience as part of a cross-functional team.

Serve as a technical authority, introducing and enforcing best coding practices through mentoring and thorough code reviews.

Propose architectural improvements wherever you see opportunities to increase quality and efficiency.

Work in structured cycles: 6–8 weeks of Scrum (new features), followed by 2-week Kanban sprints focused on maintenance and bug fixing.
Current challenges:

We’re undergoing a decentralization of our state management (Redux). Experience with such transitions is a significant plus.

We're in the process of adopting the Gauge framework for end-to-end testing. We expect candidates to familiarize themselves with it before the interview.
Additional responsibilities:

Engage with analysts and product owners to clarify requirements.

Write technical documentation in Confluence (not a primary responsibility, but part of the workflow).
Profile
- Proficient in Angular framework with a strong understanding of TypeScript.
- Proficiency in writing unit tests using Jasmin for Angular components, services, and directives.
- Experience in managing application state using Redux or similar state management libraries in Angular projects.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design principles.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
- Optional experience with Playwright for end-to-end testing would be beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, including participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and troubleshoot complex issues efficiently.
- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
Hybrid work model – 3 days per week from the office (Warsaw, Lublin, or Poznań).
