Mission
As part of our innovative and autonomous team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of digital banking. You will contribute to both new and existing functionalities, proof of concepts, and technical improvements within our Digital Banking Platform. Our team is responsible for the entire software development life cycle - ensuring we deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions for our digital banking product suite.
You will take ownership of your work and collaborate proactively with architects, QA engineers, and fellow team members to ensure that implementations align with our technical vision and best practices.
Main tasks:
- Design, develop, and maintain new and existing features for our digital banking platform.
- Build proof of concepts and drive technical improvements.
- Own the entire software development lifecycle, from idea generation to production release.
- Collaborate with architects, QA engineers, and other team members to ensure high-quality implementations.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing within Tribes, Guilds, and Chapters.
- Ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements such as security, performance, and scalability.
Profile
Profile:
- Strong skills in Java, Maven, CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with relational databases and Spring JPA/Hibernate.
- Proficiency with microservices architecture (Netflix OSS is a plus), Cloud, and Apache Tomcat.
- Understanding of non-functional requirements (security, performance, scalability, etc.).
- Solid grasp of Enterprise Integration Patterns.
- Solid background in software development and design.
- Clear and confident communicator - being able to engage with both technical stakeholders and team members.
- Experience in the banking or fintech domain is a plus.
- Excellent English communication skills.
Project Technology:
- Javascript (Angular 2+),
- Typescript, RxJs, CSS (SASS), HTML,
- Bootstrap, AngularJS, NPM & Node.
Hybrid work model – 2 days per week from the client's office in Krakow.
