Mission

You are responsible for the smooth operation of all assigned IT systems according to SLA and KPI definitions. This includes the following points:

  • Planning of the service life cycle (from initial setup to dismantling) and implementation of preventive measures to maintain functionality.
  • Creation and implementation of monitoring/monitoring.
  • Service request management: bug/ticket processing.
  • Release & deployment management: planning deployments/rollouts.
  • Incident management: analysis, troubleshooting & documentation of operational faults.
  • Problem management: definition, documentation and implementation of sustainable measures as part of root cause analysis (RCA).
  • Change management: planning and implementation of changes.
  • Project work: Supporting projects across all project lifecycles, in particular project role Lead-OMIT appropriate to profile level.
  • Participation in on-call duties (outside regular working hours as agreed).

Profile

  • Good knowledge of Linux systems and applications running on them
  • Reading process/sequence diagrams
  • Dealing with software artifacts in a cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes
  • Solid experience in working with content in SQL databases (example: perform SELECTs, updates on Postures databases; no admin skills necessary)
  • be able to read JSON documents
  • ability to use Grafana
  • ticket systems - JIRA
  • Confluence
  • Work is conducted in a hybrid system: 3 days a week from one of our office - Warsaw, Poznan or Lublin.
