Mission

As Senior Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of the use cases within the GenAI initiative. You’ll serve as the central coordination point across technical, functional, and stakeholder teams.

Main tasks:

  • Full project ownership – scope, quality, deadlines, and budget.

  • Project planning & coordination – including technical & functional alignment.

  • Risk & issue management – establish early warning mechanisms.

  • Stakeholder communication – transparent reporting, alignment, and updates.

  • Ongoing project controlling – ensure smooth execution and continuous optimization.

Profile

  • 3–4+ years of experience in professional project management.

  • Proven track record in successfully managing large-scale and cross-functional projects, including those with multiple sub-projects.

  • Strong expertise in complex order and scope management, including:

    • Requirements clarification and prioritization

    • Structuring project work (WBS) and technical conceptualization

    • Briefing and coordinating with both internal teams and external vendors

    • Effective change request handling

    • Skilled stakeholder and communication management

  • Demonstrated success in managing complex, cross-departmental initiatives as the overall project lead.

  • Solid command of project planning and execution, covering:

    • Scope, effort estimation, resource allocation, timeline definition, risk analysis, and communication strategy

  • Proficient in project controlling and reporting:

    • Tracking scope, effort, deadlines, and vendor performance

  • Fluent in English (minimum C1 level) – both written and spoken; German is a plus.

Work model: Hybrid (3 days per week on-site at the office) - Warsaw/Poznan/Lublin
