Mission

We are looking for a Helpdesk Technician to join our team in Braga, working in a fully on-site regime.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Service Desk operations using various logging tools to handle, track, resolve, or escalate incidents, requests, and changes;
  • Provide local and remote IT support to end users;
  • Monitor and follow up on registered tickets to ensure end-to-end SLA compliance.

Profile

  • 1 to 2 years of proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving IT issues;
  • Advanced user-level experience with Linux and/or Windows operating systems;
  • Familiarity with remote access tools;
  • Experience in supporting local networks;
  • Proficiency in Office 365;
  • Experience using ServiceNow;
  • Availability for on-site work in Braga.
