Are you a recent IT graduate looking for your first serious step into tech consulting?
Or perhaps you’re already working in a technical role (like support or QA) and ready to shift your career toward a more dynamic and future-proof path?
We’re launching a Junior ServiceNow Consultant Program that starts with a 3-month paid, full-time training, designed to equip you with everything you need to succeed in the world of ServiceNow – one of the most in-demand platforms globally.
From Day 1, you’ll be employed and paid, while receiving structured training from experienced consultants, working with real-life projects and business scenarios.

What You Will Learn:
Technical Foundation & Soft Skills:
- Basic IT concepts: networking, cloud, operating systems, databases
- Communication, presentation, and teamwork skills
ServiceNow Specialization:
- ServiceNow Platform essentials, Administration
- IT Service Management Implementation, Discovery and Event Management
- ServiceNow scripting, integrations, and reporting
Training Program Structure:
- Duration: 3 months (technology, soft skills, ServiceNow specialization)
- Format: hybrid
- Outcome: potential continuation of the employment as a Junior ServiceNow Technical Consultant
Mandatory Requirements:
- Strong motivation to pursue a long-term career in IT and ServiceNow
- Completed high school or university degree (preferably in IT, science, mathematics, or engineering)
- Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level) – written and spoken
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work well in a team
Nice to Have:
- Basic knowledge of IT concepts such as networks, servers, databases, or cloud
- Experience with JavaScript or another programming language
- Understanding of ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) principles
- Participation in IT projects, tech competitions, or technology communities
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn from others
