The Position:

  • You will be fully integrated into the Global Tooling & Automation entity, especially into the ServiceNow team.

The mission:

  • We are looking for a skilled and motivated Technical Consultant – ServiceNow, with a strong focus on the Service Portfolio Management (SPM) module.
  • You will play a key role in configuring, customizing, and optimizing the ServiceNow platform to support project and portfolio management, demand planning, resource allocation, and financial tracking – ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into clear technical specifications.
  • Configure and customize Project Portfolio Management, Demand Management, Resource Management, Agile Development, and Financial Planning within ServiceNow.
  • Develop automated workflows, dashboards, and scripts to improve process efficiency and portfolio visibility.
  • Ensure solutions are aligned with ServiceNow development standards and internal governance policies.
  • Support integration of SPM with other modules (ITSM, APM, CMDB) and third-party tools.
  • Provide training and guidance to internal teams to improve their understanding and use of the SPM module.
  • Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices, especially in the SPM space, and apply them effectively.
  • Analyze issues and provide robust, scalable solutions to ensure optimal system performance and user experience.

Profile

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow SPM (or module.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting (JavaScript), and development best practices.
  • Experience working in infrastructure services or IT business management environments.
  • Familiarity with Windows/Linux systems, SQL, and general database technologies.
