Mission

• Perform routine maintenance, evolutions and projects on the tools/applications supporting IS solution
• Supervise/Coordinate contractors for the support of the IS solution or perform the tasks themselves
• Monitor the objectives of its perimeter in terms of quality, performance, deadlines and safety (KPI)
• Can manage calls for tenders, participate in their analysis, then in the choice of service providers
• Participating in the contract
• Control the effectiveness of contractors' achievements 
• Supervise planning, expenses and budgets
• Ensure the reporting of the activity
• Ensure the update of the catalog of applications/tools supporting the IS solution
• Answer request from business in terms of support
• Coordinate and validate recurring evolutions

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Master's degree (preferably in IT, Engineering, or Business Management)
• 5–10 years of experience in Information Systems, with a focus on business applications and technical solutions
• Background in software development or integration of market solutions
• Strong understanding of application lifecycle, IT infrastructure, and Cloud environments (especiall Azure)
• Experience with industrial operations-related applications
• Involvement in digital transformation initiatives
• ITIL certification (basic level)
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Awareness of emerging technologies and IT roadmaps
• Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English and French
