Mission

• Develop test plan.
• Test Execution: Running manual and/or automated tests to evaluate a product's functionality, performance, and overall quality.
• Defect Management: Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects, then working with developers to resolve them.
• Ensure that the team follows the testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology as specified in the test strategy.
• Responsible for managing the overall testing effort and deliverables, work with testing team to ensure that testing is on time and within budget.
• Manage test environment, test data preparation, test tools and test automation implementation.
• Work with the application and technical architecture teams to plan various test phases.
• Review test to ensure that they meet the entry and exit criteria.
• Primary contact and escalation point for testing.

Profile

• Bachelor's Degree or above in business computer, Information Technology, Computer Science or any related fields.
• Experience in Software Testing (Manual and/or Automated), System Test, Integration Test and/or User Acceptance Test.
• HR domain testing is a plus.
• Testrail experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and proven ability to quickly understand complex business and systems and provide a suited solution for clients.
• Good command of English both written and spoke.

• Regime: Remoto - Com deslocações pontuais a Lisboa.
• Seg-Sex: 9H-18H.
• English working environment and English context – Mandatory.
