By submitting your application for a vacancy at Inetum Mexico/USA, the data controller, you authorize us to collect your personal data and to use it for the purposes of a selection process and all recruitment procedures.

We will collect and process the following categories of data: personal contact data and curriculum vitae (hereinafter referred to as your "Data") ; last name, first name, postal address, landline or cell phone number, e-mail address, professional experience and skills.In addition, your Data will be used to contact you and process your application.

As a potential employee, we will retain your Data (a) until you decide to unsubscribe from receiving job offers from us; or, if you have not unsubscribed, (b) for as long as you interact with us and for a maximum period of 24 months. At the end of this period, you will receive an email asking you to update your Data. After this period, your Data will be deleted from our databases.

Your Data will not be subject to automatic data processing. As part of the processing described in this document, all appropriate technical, organizational and security measures are taken against any unauthorized access or any alteration, disclosure, destruction or loss of your Data hosted in the data centers throughout the processing. Unless otherwise provided by existing legislation, regulation or court ruling, access to your Data will be restricted to those employees currently working for Mexico and, if applicable, its stakeholders who need to see and/or use the data for the purposes described above.

We remind you that for the processing of your Data and in accordance with the provisions of the foundation of the LFPDPPP, you have the right to know whether we hold your Data, and if that is the case, you have the following as set out in the GDPR:

Right of access of the registered person (articles 22, 23, 28 and 29 LFPDPPP);

Right to rectification (articles 28 and 29 LFPDPPP);

Right to erasure (article 25 LFPDPPP);

Right to limitation of processing (articles 9, 11, 12, 16, 18 LFPDPPP);

Right to data portability (articles 10, 36, 37 LFPDPPP);

Right to object (article 27 LFPDPPP).

All the rights listed above are personal and can only be exercised by the person who provided this Data to Inetum Mexico.

Finally, please note that when you have not obtained satisfaction in the exercise of your rights, you have the right to file a complaint with the appropriate data protection authority, which in the case of Mexico will be the Institute for Transparency, Access to Public Information, Protection of Personal Data and Accountability of Mexico City (INFO) and / or National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data (INAI).
