Gfi becomes Inetum

Gfi becomes Inetum

Following 10 years of continuous growth, the Gfi group is changing its name and identity to signal its entry into a new era.

Its CEO Vincent Rouaix hereby affirms the maturity of a group that is recognised as a challenger and a pioneer in its market, and unifies its identity at a global level. In a post-digital-transformation era where change is constant and movement perpetual, Inetum will thus assert itself as an IT services group that helps its clients to get the best out of digital flow.

A new name and a new identity to embody the Group’s ambition to show what it has become: a global, integrated group with 27,000 talented people in 26 countries with considerably reinforced capacities to act locally and even closer to its clients.

In the past 3 years, the Group has more than doubled its size, pushing its revenues up from €1 billion to €2.3 billion thanks to a proactive strategy of mergers and acquisitions combined with strong organic growth. (55% of its revenue is generated outside of France.)

As an integrated Group with activities over an even geographic spread, it is able to supply extended, reinforced offers to its clients.

Its unique European FabLab network is in continuous expansion, and consists of more than 300 digital experts.

Today, the Gfi Group has announced its new name and becomes Inetum, Positive digital flow. This new identity is the culmination of an ongoing growth strategy that its CEO Vincent Rouaix has led over the past 10 years, through organic growth and successive acquisitions with the aim to expand the Group’s portfolio of solutions and to roll it out internationally. Its most recent acquisition, that of IECISA in April this year, enabled the Group to reach a turnover of €2.3 billion (pro forma) and nearly 27,000 employees worldwide. The Group now operates in 26 countries – in Europe, Latin America, the United States, Africa and Southeast Asia. The new name takes effect today, and will be rolled out to all of the Group’s subsidiaries.
