The SAP HCM team, integrated in Inetum 's SAP Business Line, developed an innovative solution to communicate data on Portuguese citizens or foreigners who exercise a profession or reside in Portugal to Social Security.

The SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) team, integrated into Inetum 's SAP Business Line, developed an innovative solution to communicate data on Portuguese or foreign citizens who exercise a profession or reside in Portugal to Social Security.
Until the end of 2022, Social Security asks employers to update and register their employees' contract data. To this end, it made available a set of werbservices that allow companies to develop communication automatically. SAP, for its part, has made available a note with code that the company can use to carry out massive data communication (3238188 - Mass Communication for Social Security 2022).
Inetum goes further to support its customers and has developed a Cockpit that allows monitoring of the various types of communication necessary, namely the beginning and termination of the relationship with Social Security, amendment of contracts and admission, amendment and termination of Fund contracts Work Compensation (FCT).
