Inetum will host a webinar dedicated to the NIS2 Directive, where we will explore the growing importance of cybersecurity from legal, business, and technological perspectives, following the European Union’s publication of the updated directive, in force since October 2024.

With greater accountability placed on business areas regarding cybersecurity and resilience, along with new requirements and processes not covered by the original NIS1 Directive, NIS2 represents a key milestone in the evolution of cybersecurity in Europe.

In Portugal, following the public consultation phase, the transposition of the directive is imminent, with the draft law approved by the Council of Ministers on February 6.
