The 48th edition of EVOLVE – Digital Transformation Summit, held in Porto, brought together leaders and experts to showcase 14 successful digital transformation case studies in Portugal. The event emphasized that people—not just technology—are the true drivers of change.
One of the highlights was Inetum’s presentation of a GenAI-powered financial process automation project for Mota-Engil. Luís Gomes Silva, Head of SAP Innovation FabLab at Inetum, emphasized that the solution is “agnostic to all technologies, bringing advantages to the business process.” He also noted its scalability and adaptability to operational variability: “It significantly reduces effort and increases precision, delivering process efficiency.”
With examples from sectors such as tourism, healthcare, energy, telecommunications, and public administration, the summit demonstrated how technological innovation, combined with human insight, is shaping more efficient, sustainable, and customer-focused organizations.
