Inetum Spain confirms its commitment to customers in providing products and services with the highest quality, applying the best practices defined in the software industry.

The Software Engineering Centers (SEC) of Inetum España located in Asturias (Espacio Blimea) and in Ciudad Real (Espacio Calatrava) have renewed the CMMI level 5 for development (CMMI-DEV) and reached, for the first time, level 5 in services (CMMI-SVC), in a multi-model evaluation carried out last April by the company Tecnalia. In these Inetum factories in Spain work around 70 professionals who carry out developments and maintenance under JAVA and .NET technologies.

These Software Engineering Centers of Inetum, European leader in digital services and solutions, already had CMMI level 5 for development and level 3 for services since 2015. Since then they have continued in a process of continuous improvement that, among other improvements, has increased the capacity of the SEC in the provision of scalable AM services by applying Agile and DEVOPS scaling approaches.

CMMI® (Capability Maturity Model Integration) is the world's most prestigious reference model for software process maturity assessment and continuous improvement, and has long become a de facto standard. This model is maintained by the CMMI Institute, a subsidiary of ISACA.
