With 5395 employees, 1,410 M€ turnover and a presence in 50 offices, SIDEL is a leading company for Liquid food packaging for PET, can and glass.​

SIDEL Group had 2 main business units : SIDEL and Gebo Cermex. Those 2 companies have implemented different approaches, processes and solutions to manage their customer relationship.​ ​

SIDEL group wanted to implement a better integrated approach to improve the customer satisfaction and sales excellence : the Customer Engagement Platform.​ ​

Behind the scene of the CEP project, SIDEL group wanted to choose and build a more integrated platform that could suit both the business and collaboration needs between the business units.​

We delivered one single Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement for all countries and business units with a set of core functionalities: key account management, lead management, territory management, quotes and proposal management.​ ​

We provided an offline mobile app for lead management at the tradeshows to capture customer information from business cards and save data to the CRM system.​ ​

The CRM is interfaced realtime with SAP with data integration on Azure and a Customer Price Quote solution (CPQ) to reduce the time and errors in opportunities.​ ​

We partnered with Duns&Bradstreet to deliver a realtime connector from Dynamics 365 to search customer financial information and credit/legal risks from the CRM without changing app.​

A first release covering most of the business needs was delivered for a pilot phase , followed by a global roll out of +30 countries and more than 1000 users.​ ​

A cloud-based platform connected to the ERP allowing the automation of sales operations and customer relationship management with marketing automation capabilities.​ ​

Improved collaboration between Sales, Marketing and Customer Services teams around global accounts and regional customers with better insights.​ ​

Decommissioned legacy on-premises customer management solutions with saved a significant cost of licensing, maintenance and hardware.

Customer Reference : Royal Canin

Royal Canin was founded in 1967 by a veterinary, the doctor Cathary, in France. For the last 40 years the company has known a tremendous growth and covers today 90 countries around the world. Royal Canin joined the Mars group in 2002.​

In order to improve its sales efficiency for its customers and partners, Royal Canin launched a regional initiative.​ ​

The key challenge was to harmonize and optimize the BtoB and BtoC processes and tools worldwide using one single customer management platform.

We provided a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement cloud based as the key solution tool for customer engagement. ​ ​

We also provided also an iPad offline application to help the sales reps be more productive while they work offline so that they can organize their route planning, take orders, manage customer contracts and report on the store's compliance with marketing initiatives.​ ​

We have defined a global organization and a global team in order to deliver all necessary workstreams to support the solution build and roll out easily and rapidly: infrastructure, solution, interfaces, governance, support, change management and training.​

  • Pilot solution was delivered in a couple of months in Eastern Europe and the solution was deployed within 5 waves to cover more than 2000 users in 30 countries.​ ​
  • Single data management platform to monitor and handle all data interfaces with local ERPs and BI tools.​ ​
  • Ability for the sales reps to work fully offline with all capabilities.​ ​
  • Proven methodology and support organization to deliver wave of countries in a cost-effective way.​ ​

The solution has been enhanced through 3 releases with major improvements for the sales reps: the latest addition covered stock management for order taking, merchandising and trade terms management.
