Improving productivity, automating repetitive tasks, personalizing services... generative AI is attracting strong interest from businesses and public institutions. But its adoption and large-scale deployment come with major challenges in embedding it sustainably within organizations' strategies. 

Inetum wanted to understand how GenAI was impacting its customers, by asking about their difficulties and doubts, but also by exploring with them the possibilities and challenges of this technology.

Conducted as part of the Think Tank “How to Scale GenAI : risks and opportunities,” this study is based on the work of some thirty participants from France, Spain and Belgium. This white paper reflects their experiences in the field.
