SMART DIGITAL : for the feminization of IT careers

Bruno Da Sola, Chief People Officer of Inetum, and Aude de Thuin, Founder and President of SISTEMIC, were guests of Delphine Sabattier in "SMART DIGITAL" on BSmart to talk about the feminization of IT professions.

They talked about the 1st edition of the SISTEMIC Forum, held in May in Paris, and the biases that can result from a tech world shaped entirely by men.

Strongly committed to improving the representation of women in STEM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics), Inetum, along with the 8 other "founder" partners of the SISTEMIC forum, is forming a coalition of companies to encourage women to enter the tech professions.
