Mission

  • Ensure on time and accurate data transmission to the group company according to Data Delivery Standards, including quality checks and reconciliations;
  • Defining business specifications in conjunction with all involved departments according to Group (new or updated) Data Delivery requirements;
  • Participate together with IT in specific activities in order to enhance Data Marts which are the main data sources for Group Data Delivery;
  • Maintain/develop/publish reports for internal customers (mainly Financial Functional Line);
  • Support for implementation of Group Performance Measurement methodology;
  • Participate in data quality enhancement process - definition, implementation and testing of different data quality checks necessary to improve data transmission quality;
  • Participate in agile ceremonies (standup, refinement, planning, etc.) together with the development team involved in development/redesign of Data Mart used for data delivery;
  • Act as buddy for the new members of the team and provide business and technical guidance in order to facilitate a quick and efficient integration.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in economics, technical, mathematics, computer science;
  • Specialization in Business Intelligence area or Data Management is an advantage,
  • Minimum 4 years in the specialized filed out of which minimum 2 years in financial/banking industry.
  • Working experience within MIS team(s);
  • Good understanding of data warehouse and relational database concept;
  • IT Knowledge - SQL (Oracle), Cognos (or other Bl and Reporting tools- XI Cubed, Tableau, etc), advanced in Excel and Microsoft Office in general;
  • High analytical skills;
  • Good banking knowledge;
  • Fluent in English.
