Mission
We are seeking a proactive and strategic IT Product Owner to drive the vision, development, and rollout of standard IT products - primarily focusing on Atlassian Cloud solutions such as Jira and Jira Service Management - across large organizational units. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a clear product strategy, maximizing business value, and ensuring an exceptional user experience.
Key responsibilities:
Product Vision & Strategy:
Define and communicate a compelling product vision aligned with company objectives; set and track KPIs to measure success.
Product Rollout & Ownership:
Take end-to-end responsibility for standard IT product rollouts, ensuring technical feasibility and business efficiency.
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and act as the main point of contact for product updates and escalations.
Backlog Management:
Own and prioritize the product backlog; maximize business value through effective demand management and clear prioritization.
Continuous Improvement:
Collect user feedback, conduct usability testing, and validate features to enhance user satisfaction and product adoption.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with IT administrators, development teams, and external partners; participate in agile ceremonies to guide successful implementation.
Training & Support:
Develop documentation, deliver training sessions, and provide ongoing support to promote product adoption.
Compliance & Security:
Ensure all products and processes comply with legal, regulatory, and IT security requirements.
Market & Industry Analysis:
Stay updated on industry trends, conduct market research, and analyze competitor offerings to inform product strategy and differentiation.
Profile
Proven experience as a Product Owner, ideally in SaaS or ITSM environments.
Deep knowledge of Atlassian tools, especially Jira Cloud and Jira Service Management.
Familiarity with ITIL best practices.
Strong leadership in prioritization, strategic planning, and stakeholder communication.
Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, negotiation, and documentation skills.
Demonstrated user-centric mindset and ownership mentality for managed tools.
Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); Product Owner certification (CSPO/PSPO) preferred.
Awareness of legal, regulatory, and IT security requirements.
Nice to have requirements:
Advanced knowledge of IT security practices and protocols.
Experience ensuring compliance with relevant legal, regulatory, and internal standards.
Additional certifications related to agile, ITIL, or Atlassian products.
Hybrid work model – 3 days per week from the office (Warsaw, Lublin, or Poznań).
