In 2017, Software AG acquired the Cumulocity IoT platform, gaining access to advanced IoT-based technologies. The company has also established an in-house IoT center of excellence. After the acquisition of Cumulocity, IoT Software AG decided to continue strategic cooperation with Inetum.
The scope of works provided by Inetum includes wide range of R&D services for the Cumulocity IoT platform. The platform enables efficient management of the fleet of IoT devices. One of the basic functionalities is data collection and processing, as well as ensuring the security of communications and stored data.
