The Challenge

Although Erri Berri consistently invests in heavy machinery and operational growth, it also wanted to lead in digital infrastructure—moving toward an integrated, scalable solution to manage operations across multiple countries and tax jurisdictions.

The Decision to Transform

Erri Berri’s leadership made a bold decision: to implement SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. Implementation Journey

The project began in January 2024 and went live in July 2024—on time and within budget. A dedicated internal team of six people (from finance, technical, and project management areas) led the effort, balancing their daily responsibilities with the demands of the implementation process. Key challenges included:

• Change management, as teams had to adapt to new ways of working
