Inetum implements the first ERP SAP S/4HANA Cloud in Portugal at Natixis

Inetum maintains the leadership in the digital transformation of businesses with the first implementation in Portugal, on the public Cloud, of the ERP SAP S/4HANA Cloud. The implementation took place at Natixis Portugal, a branch of the international corporate investment banking and financial services division of Groupe BPCE - Banque Populaire & Caisse d’Epargne, the second largest banking group in France.

Inetum maintains the leadership in the digital transformation of businesses with the first implementation in Portugal, on the public Cloud, of the ERP SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
The implementation took place at Natixis Portugal, a branch of the international corporate investment banking and financial services division of Groupe BPCE - Banque Populaire & Caisse d’Epargne, the second largest banking group in France.
The project’s go-live took place in January 2020 and its scope touched on the following functional areas: Finance, Purchases, Sales, Analytics, Treasury and Management Control. The SAP Analytics Cloud Reporting and Planning tool was also used, which ensures all communication with the group’s headquarters in Paris, among other important reports.
The solution was implemented in a five-month record period. Complying with the starting data in January 2020 was possible due to the allocation of Inetum’s and Natixis’ experienced and motivated senior teams.
On the third business day of February 2020, all routine tasks of closing the month were performed, including reporting to headquarters. The new SAP ERP S/4HANA Cloud information system is being routinely used. At this stage, new digital transformation projects are being studied, aimed at providing the improvement, integration and automation of some processes, thus producing added value to this initial project.
