Inetum's executive has been nominated in the 10th edition of the Top 100 Women Leaders ranking, in the "Senior Management" category. Top 100 Women Leaders in Spain is an organization whose main objective is to make female talent visible in order to build a society based on equality.
"This recognition is an opportunity to continue weaving complicities with a common goal: to make visible and value the talent of women," says Susana Prado, who thanks both the Top 100 Women Leaders group and its founder, Mercedes Wullich, for their activities to accelerate female leadership: "There are many women on the list whom I admire, women from different sectors, leaders, committed, passionate, creative. Undoubtedly women who have a positive impact on our environment. It is an honor for me to share this nomination".
For Inetum, European leader in digital services and solutions, it is also a pleasure to have one of its managers among the candidates for this ranking. The territory managed by Susana Prado, Inetum Catalonia, has offices in Barcelona and Tarragona and more than 600 employees.

Susana Prado is a computer engineer, expert in digitization and redefinition of processes in organizations using technology as an agent of change. She holds an Executive Master's Degree in Marketing and Sales and Public-Private Collaboration from Esade and PDG from IESE. 30 years of experience in the technology sector endorse her position as CEO of Inetum Catalonia. In parallel to her management activity, she is an associate professor at the Universitat Rovira i Virgili and actively collaborates with the development and growth of other women in the digital sector: Cercle Tecnològic, 22@Network BCN, Associació 50a50, among others. The commitment to equal opportunities between men and women and to the presence of women in all areas of society is part of the Inetum Group's corporate identity, as stated in its code of ethics. Efforts to attract female talent for STEM careers are beginning to bear fruit and the combination of women and technology works even better when the leadership factor is incorporated.
The TOP 100 are women working in Spain. The first ranking was launched in 2011 and since then the initiative has not stopped growing, reaching, in its multiple editions, more than 5,000 women among candidates and elected.
