Women@Inetum

In France, women account for less than a quarter of the 34,000 engineers trained each year, while at the same time the country has an annual shortfall of at least 20,000 engineers. (source Observatoire IESF (Ingénieurs et Scientifiques de France)  

The Inetum Group currently employs 27.8% women.

Our commitments

  • Women in tech: Inetum aims to encourage women to enter the tech professions (awareness-raising, guidance, training, retraining).

  • Women in LeadHERship: Inetum participates in the development and support of women in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) to help them break through the glass ceiling.

Inetum is committed to nurturing a new generation of female talent by continuing its STEMS activities in 2024 as a "founder" partner of SISTEMIC.

SISTEMIC is a unique ecosystem of inspiration, support, training and recruitment, dedicated to nurturing a new generation of female talent in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics).

This innovative initiative revolves around 3 action mechanisms:

  • an annual international forum to inspire new generations and bring the ecosystem together,

  • a female talent platform dedicated to recruitment, mentoring and networking

  • a STEM ACADEMY for training and support.
