Personas can be widely shared within your teams, because they help every team member understand who they are working for.​

Is going to be the first visual representation of your use case and user stories. It illustrates the user’s experience through the service. In the form of a visual story, it presents ideas and concepts from the ideation workshops.​

Designing the best journey for your customers and users is mandatory to the success of your services and products. Either desktop, responsive or mobile, information architecture is to be addressed in workshops, where we are going to co-design which information should be delivered to which user at which place on the screen, and at which time in the journey.​
