It guarantees the automatic recovery of invoices from the Chorus Pro portal so that they can be integrated into the Astre GF financial management system. These invoices are retrieved by a third-party remote transmission or through an API. All the procedures are secured to optimize the performance of your financial IS.

Inetum-Astre GF Chorus Factures collects invoices on the portal using APIs or via third-party remote transmissions. Thanks to its alert system, it can also easily monitor the payment deadlines and guarantee a high standard of budget management.

This user-friendly and highly efficient new system has many features, including the recovery of invoices, the monitoring of flow exchanges, responses to third parties (suspensions, rejections), the submission of supporting documents, the management of invoice anomalies, the management of the invoice circuit, communications with the business applications that use invoices, the integration of communication elements with the Chorus Pro portal within the framework of the SEP, and the monitoring of the rules for third parties, which are in debt to the CPP.
