Framing & user research is the first pilar of a successfull UX approach. It is the time when you choose the right approach for your project. It is also the time when you really understand the needs of your users or customers, by observing and listening to them, and understanding their behavior. You should also think of auditing your existing service, site or application, in order to gather a deep expert understanding. Our key services for that are:​ ​

It is mandatory to study real users, in real-life situations, to really understand their needs. Our UX Researchers help you understand your customers from the inside, which is each time rich in teaching, and used as an input for the ideation and design phase of your projects. Field studies, also known as ethnographic studies, can be performed for your inner users, or on site with a selected panel of your customers.​

Apart from field studies, it is interesting for your understanding of user needs to perform interviews or focus groups. It is a kind of qualitative research widely used in order to determine one group's response and attitude towards your product or service, including context mapping. We help you target users, run focus groups and get the best out of it.​

Regarding UX, immersion workshops are usefull do deeply understand specific topics experienced by key users, and eventually gain new valuable ideas for a more efficient design of your new services or products. These workshops are led by UX Researchers.​

Also known as expert audit, this is important yet fast to implement, and will allow to discover major usability bias. The outcome recommandations can be applied in a quick-win mode to refine your site or application, or integrated as input for the next design to come.​

Whether RGAA (Référentiel Général d’Accessibilité pour les Administrations) or WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines), if you are subject to compliance with accessibility standards, an accessibility audit is a must. Our certified expert auditors will deliver valuable reports, recommandations and good practices, to make actual service compliant, and to make your next digital service compliant from the design phase.​

Deep dive into your data! Your data are highly valuable to understand what your users and customers do with your existing services. This is a very good basis to understand how they use your services, what they use most and what might be designed differently to better fit their needs.​

A study, carried out by UX experts, that allows you to understand how your competitors address equivalent services, from a usability point of view. This can be usefull to identify the positive and negative points, and draw conclusions adapted to your own services. The outcome will benefit your ideation and design phase.​
