Mission

  • We are looking for Identity & Access Lifecycle Data Quality Specialists to support our global User Access Recertification and related Identity & Access processes
  • As Information Security Specialist, you will be part of the team ensuring data feeds quality and accuracy, in the Identity & Access Lifecycle area

Responsibilities:

  • Data feeds monitoring for Access Recertification platforms, follow up with the relevant stakeholders for remediation of issue identified
  • End to end completion of Feed Completion and Correctness (FCC) Checks, including additional governance checks on assets failing the tests
  • Cross checks and data validation among platforms in Identity & Access domain
  • Prepare periodic data quality reports
  • Monitor and timely manage emails, tickets (ServiceNow)
  • Update & maintain Data Quality documentation (eg: KBs, mydb articles, KOPs, training materials)
  • Support ad-hoc reports and audit related activities
  • Monitor and test implementation of relevant functionalities in to the new IAM platform
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and automation of our processes and tools
  • Review/coordinate team activity on specific work streams and/or engagements/projects
  • Provide support and guidance to colleagues
  • Efficiently engage, manage and influence the main stakeholders
  • Proactively seek ways to improve upon existing practices and processes.
  • Display insight and ability in identifying issues and develop successful solutions
  • Report and escalate potential risks to the management to help avoid / minimize the impact
  • Work with multiple, distributed teams across different locations
  • Support development of key operational procedures

Profile

  • Very good background with MS Office, particularly MS Excel
  • Good IAM knowledge and relevant IAM experience on processes and tools, particularly around Access Management and Authorization & Authentication
  • Experience with at least one of Analytics, Data Quality or Reporting, and basic understanding of each of them
  • Relevant SQL knowledge / ETL background
  • Basics of Database (mainly Oracle) and Active Directory admin
  • Experience working with large volumes of data
  • Reasonable understanding of Information Security, particularly on Identity & Access Management concepts
  • Reasonable understanding on IT Governance and IT Service Management, and willingness to work with industry best practices, frameworks, standards like COBIT5, ITIL, ISO27001
  • Basic Cloud concepts, particularly valued Google Cloud and MS Azure Cloud
  • Experience in global teams and multicultural environments
  • Academic degree or comparable qualification, preferably in Information Technology/ Information Security or another technical related area

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are fluent in English

  • Open minded, able to share information, transfer knowledge and expertise to stakeholders and other team members

Considered a plus:

  • Relevant certifications : ISO 27001, CISSP, ITIL, COBIT5, PMP or similar
  • Experience with Risk & Control or IT Delivery Management, IT Project Management related topics
  • Database administration skills/experience
  • Privileged access management processes and tools (eg : CyberArk, powerbroker)
  • Scripting (power shell, VBA, phyton, Unix shell script, etc.)
  • Unix basic concepts
  • Experience with tools: ServiceNow, HP-ALM, Sharepoint, Confluence, Jira
  • Experience with IT Audit
  • Experience with Banking/Financial area (ideally including regulatory requirements)
