Mission

The mission of the project consists in the implementation of an application composed of an administration component (Back office - web application) and an execution one (Front office - mobile application) with the aim of a faster planning of all interventions / orders / works both on the corrective processes, as well as preventive ones; tracking their status in real time and being able to assign/reassign simply and efficiently by the same team or any other in a position to solve a job

 

Responsibilities:

  • Own the entirety of SAP Field Service Management
  • Handle configurations and re-configurations of certain items in SAP
  • Lead SAP FSM training sessions
  • Handle knowledge transfer for SAP FSM
  • Handle high level design and roadmap of implementation
  • Post-live support of the SAP FSM implementation
  • Be the expert on SAP FSM for the team.

Profile

  • Need to have SAP FSM experience and be an expert in SAP FSM
  • Hands on configuration experience in SAP FSM
  • Experience on an implementation of SAP
  • Great communication.
