Mission
- We are looking for a Server Administrator to join our Servers Infrastructure Team.
- As a Server Administrator, your mission is to support the delivery of new applicative environment from servers’ side.
- You are well aware of ITIL practice, so you will not put at risk the stability of our customer’s IT during the build.
- Work in a cross functional Team as an active member able to deploy or transform new Servers and Azure infrastructure as designed.
Profile
- Providing support for internal teams and customers across all tiers of the infrastructure.
- Provide onsite and remote support to our technical teams.
- Work closely with our IT&S Teams to ensure they have the tools, knowledge and support necessary to operate and manage our infrastructure.
- Maintain and update top of the line servers with new patches and software.
- Manage a global hardware on Prem and redundancy line combine with Azure infra.
- Monitor and fix any up/down status of our servers and project applications across our global enterprise.
- Databases maintenance different SQL environment versions.
- Troubleshoot issues with connectivity, or TCP/IP access users’ groups management.
- Good knowledge of Enterprise Domain Admin.
- Maintain Inventory of hardware/virtual devices information and code performing upgrades, and hotfixes as necessary.
- Troubleshooting. different Outages/Problems starting from small on Prem to Azure and extrapolate.
- Documenting enterprise Infrastructure.
Requirements:
- Azure certification is a plus.
- Microsoft Administration with Power Shell.
- Microsoft Active Directory Services Enterprise Level.
- VMware strong knowledge of Datacenter Level.
- Good knowledge about NPS, AD, DNS, DHCP, IPAM, RADIUS, SNMP and Microsoft Certificates.
- Backup solutions (Commvault is a plus).
- Knowledge of work with antivirus solutions at Enterprise Level.
- Knowledge of work with monitoring solutions at Enterprise Level (Nagios is a plus).
- Load balancer: Citrix ADC, KEMP.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP protocol and packet analysis.
- Good knowledge of WAN and LAN environments.
- Familiarity with Access Lists or firewall policies.
- Well understanding of vulnerability management, incident management asset management good practices policy.
