Create your own VR training course

A client trained and coached in their first virtual reality training creations that accelerated the training process, reducing on-site training while providing new employees with a gamified and powerful training tool.

Boehringer Ingelheim launched a study to identify the added value for their production teams of Virtual Reality training. Convinced of the positive impact of this type of approach, they are carrying out a one-year study and scoping mission.

As part of this study, they would like to become autonomous in the production of Virtual Reality training materials in the medium term.

"The idea was to set up an experiential training centre. One of my wishes was to materialise the viral load, which is invisible in the field. We started with 'simple' use cases, but with very high safety issues, such as steam sterilisation of equipment,
a particularly dangerous process. We were supported in the Lyon FabLab by Inetum's innovation teams, both in terms of good teaching practice and the use and handling of the product developed by Inetum, Intraverse.
Together, we worked on adapting this solution to our business needs. This means that I now have training modules that can be adapted over time. My trainers can easily adapt them, without needing to code. I like to draw a parallel with Powerpoint: today, who would imagine a training course without slides? It will be the same, in the near future, with virtual reality. The Inetum team supports us throughout the entire process, including the hardware: what type of equipment to use (headsets, PCs) and how to simplify the process, PC) and how to simplify the simplify the purchasing cycle in a context where everything is new. where everything is new."
