Design

Thanks to an intuitive and customisable graphical environment, the multi-profile document repository of Business Document provides document designers with a set of resources for designing document templates: texts, clauses, brand identity guidelines, images, dynamic graphics, data, tables, etc. ​

The solution allows you to manage your user profiles and their access rights and provides your designers with advanced tools for resource reollout, task automation, search and cross-analysis.

The richness of Business Document's design tools allows you to meet the most complex needs in a simple manner: graphic assistants, defining business rules, creating dynamic forms, versioning, managing multi-language and multi-brand documents, managing white labels and trans-promo spaces, etc.​

 ​Cross media features allow your designers coding-free design of your document templates for both print (PDF, Postscript, AFP, PCL) and digital communications (SMS, email, HTML5). During the design phases, your designers visualize and test the final rendering directly in the target media: mail, email, computers, smartphones, tablets.

Production​

Business Document produces your documents on demand or in batches, based on data flows from your business applications and information system applications, or through the platform's content management user portal. ​

The production engines handle both user-specific editions and mass mailings. The volumes processed range from one to several hundred or thousands of documents, or even several million documents in the context of industrial production (ADF), regardless of the production format (DOCX, PDF, PDF/A, HTML, HTML5, AFP, Postscript, PCL, etc.) and distribution format (local or central printing, email, web integration, external archiving, etc.)​

Whether in the Cloud or On Premise, the Business Document platform provides you with a complete and robust environment for the production, monitoring and distribution of your documents. ​

Production “jobs” are entirely configurable by your IT teams: production formats, batch divisions, double batch returns, sequence of tasks, etc.​

The supervisory thin client console allows you to track all ongoing production processes and monitor system load status.​

The history, statistics and processing logs allow you to keep complete traceability of your document production: Activities, events, performances, ..

Business Document groups sorts and splits batches of documents produced on the basis of dynamic or fully customisable criteria: file size, maximum number of pages, postcode, specific indexes, etc.​

Retention and purging features give you complete control over your document production strategy and allow you to optimise your mail management and postage calculations.

Interactive writing​

 Business Document's interactive writing thin client application is designed for your customer relations teams ( agency, call centre, CRM, ...) and for your employees who write documents on a daily basis in their front or back office: drafting of letters to call centres, incident reports, subscription management contracts, etc.​

Through an intuitive and dynamic user interface, the application guides your employees in following-up on client files and writing tasks assigned to them .

The application can be integrated with your business applications or accessed directly from the Business Document platform's content management portal.​
